Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines:
Within India: 4–7 business days
International Orders: 10–15 business days (may vary by location)
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics delays, customs clearance (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns, at the sole discretion of Moshvi Designs.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS to help you monitor delivery status.
Address Accuracy Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details. Moshvi Designs will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

Returns Policy

We take utmost care in ensuring that each product is carefully checked before dispatch.
Eligibility for Returns Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
Non-Returnable Items Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return:
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
Customized or made-to-order products
Minor variations in color, finish, or texture (these are inherent to handcrafted products)

Ensure the request is sent within 48 hours of delivery
Our team will review the request and respond with the next steps.
Replacement / Refund
If approved, we will offer a replacement of the same or similar product, subject to availability.
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
